1 packet Maggi Noodles
1 packet Maggi Masala
1 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Pepperwicks Burnt Chilli Oil
For garnish:
Cheese, grated (optional)
- Bring water to a boil in a pot and cook the noodles until 90% done. Drain, coat with 1 tsp. oil and set aside. Do not discard the water.
- Add butter and garlic in a pan. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add in Pepperwicks Burnt Chilli Oil, maggi masala and a dash of the boiled water.
- Add in the boiled noodles and toss until the noodles are well coated.
- Transfer the noodles into a bowl, top with chilli oil and grated cheese and serve hot.
- You can add some grated cheese once the noodles are tossed to make a cheesy and creamier maggi.
- Feel free to add in vegetables like mixed peppers, mushrooms, shredded cabbage, etc.
