Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. You can cancel your order by emailing us your order details, including the order reference number, at sales@pepperwicks.com or by calling us on +91 – 9321849935 and providing us the order reference number. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
• In case your order has already been processed, a cancellation request cannot be entertained even if it is made within 24 hours of order placement.
• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any return requests.
• Please check your delivery address and pincode carefully while placing an order. Damage to the product or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our guarantee and the customer will then be responsible for the charge of a new order.
• The company will not issue a refund upon refusal to accept delivery of the ordered products.
• Once you place an order, it is presumed and assumed that you have read these terms and are bound by the same.
