Our products are currently available on our website and Swiggy Minis.
We are in the process of making them available with a host of other online and offline retailers too. Keep checking this space for more updates on that.
We follow a ‘100% fresh’ approach to craft all our products. Which means we only ship freshly produced items made in small batches using fresh ingredients. We also don’t use any chemicals, additives or artificial preservatives. Please check the label or product detail page for specific details as the shelf life varies from product to product.
Since our products are all-natural and contain no artificial preservatives, they need to be refrigerated as soon as you open them. They should also be consumed within the time period that is stipulated on the label.
Pro Tip: Mix well before use as the oil typically settles on top. Also, use a clean and dry spoon only to scoop and serve. This goes a long way in preventing any contamination or spoilage.

Our products are so versatile that they can be anything you want them to be. You can use them as dips, spreads and also as cooking ingredients. So go ahead and get creative.
No, our products feature a mix of organic and fresh natural ingredients. Freshness is one of the key philosophies behind our brand. We ship only freshly produced items made in small batches without any additives, chemicals or artificial preservatives. We don’t add any bulking agents to our products either.
No, our products are cooked and ready to use. You can go ahead and use them as cooking or baking ingredients too. Do check out our recipe section for a few ideas on that front. If you have a special recipe for which you use one of our products, do write to us or tag us on social media. We would love to feature it!
Some of our products are vegan and gluten-free and have been marked as such on their labels as well as on the product pages on this site. We have also classified vegan and gluten-free products separately under our ‘Products’ tab for easier access.
Yes, all our products are vegetarian.
All our products are 100% fresh and natural. Which means no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The flavours that you taste and the colours that you see are all real and natural.
Unfortunately, we only offer one jar size for all our products right now.
SHIPPING
We currently deliver our products all over India except Lemon Pistachio Pesto which is available for delivery within Mumbai only.
Orders once placed are dispatched within 2-3 working days.
Orders within Mumbai are delivered within 1-2 working days of being dispatched. For the rest of India, orders are delivered within 5-7 working days of being dispatched.
Once your order is dispatched from our facilities, our Shipping Partner will be sharing a tracking link as well as regular updates about your order via email and SMS/WhatsApp.
We always try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery timelines. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us with your order details at sales@pepperwicks.com or call us on +91 – 9321849935.
Please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving the 'Order Delivered' notification. We will coordinate with our concerned shipping partner and contact you with an update on your order at the earliest. If we do not receive any query or complaint within the 24-hour period then the order will be deemed as fulfilled.
CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. You can cancel your order by emailing us your order details, including the order reference number, at sales@pepperwicks.com or by calling us on +91 – 9321849935 and providing us the order reference number. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
In case your order has already been processed, a cancellation request cannot be entertained even if it is made within 24 hours of order placement.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept any return requests.
If you think you have received a product that is in a bad condition or if the packaging has been damaged or tampered with prior to delivery, please take pictures of the damaged product or external packaging and mail them to sales@pepperwicks.com along with the order details within 24 hours of product delivery. You can also call us on +91 – 9321849935 for the same. We take up all such complaints promptly and try our best to resolve them on a case-to-case basis. Once your claim is approved at our end, we will be issuing you a refund.

PAYMENTS
Yes, you can. We accept all standard payment methods during checkout. These include Credit Card, Debit Card, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI.
Yes, we offer COD. There is a flat additional charge of ₹50 for COD orders across all locations.
MISCELLANEOUS
