200 ml Tomato Juice
60 ml Vodka
2 Tbsp. Pepperwicks BBQ Sauce
A dash of Tabasco
1 tsp. Lime Juice
Ice Cubes, as needed
For garnish:
- Lime Wedge, for the rim of the glass
- Spice mix - ½ tsp. Salt, ½ tsp. Paprika/Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp. fine granulated Sugar (Castor Sugar)
1 Celery Stalk
- Combine salt, paprika and sugar in a flat dish to make the spice mix.
- Take a highball glass and line the rim with lime juice. Dip the rim into the spice mix and set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add in the vodka, tomato juice, BBQ Sauce, tabasco and lime juice.
- Mix the ingredients in the cocktail shaker. Taste for spice and sourness and adjust if needed.
- Fill the rimmed glass with ice cubes and pour the ready cocktail over ice.
- Garnish with celery stalk and serve immediately.
- If not sev, you can also use a mix of different types of farsan to add on top of your samosa.
