- 1 Jar Pepperwicks Pizza Sauce
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- Salt, to taste
For Garnish:
- Chilli Flakes
- Parsley, chopped
- Heat a cast iron skillet or a non-stick pan on medium flame and add in oil.
- Once the oil has come to temperature, add in Pepperwicks Pizza Sauce and cook for 30 seconds.
- Next, make 4 cavities within the sauce so that you can crack the eggs into them.
- Carefully crack 1 egg into each cavity and season with some salt as per taste.
- Lower the heat and cover the pan to let the eggs cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Once the eggs are cooked, sprinkle some chilli flakes onto them, garnish with some freshly chopped parsley and serve hot along with some toasted bread.
- Your simple 1 pot breakfast is ready in 10 minutes.
- You can add vegetables such as mixed peppers or mushrooms.
- You can add chopped bacon for extra flavour before adding in the pizza sauce.
