4 Pavs
2-3 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Mixed Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Jar Pepperwicks Hot Garlic Dip
Water, as needed
Salt, to taste
For garnish:
- ½ cup Cheese, grated
- Coriander, chopped
- Take a non-stick tawa and add butter to it along with onions and a pinch of salt. Cook until the onions are pink (3-4 minutes approx)
- Next, add in the mixed peppers and Pepperwicks Hot Garlic Dip. Use a potato masher and mash until you get a paste.
- Add a dash of water to loosen the paste.
- While the vegetables are cooking, cut the pav width-wise till the middle. Place the pavs onto the masala so that it can soak up all the flavours.
- Flip and grill the pav until nice and crusty.
- Transfer the pav onto a serving plate, garnish with grated cheese, coriander and serve hot.
- You can also use bread slices instead of pav.
- You can also add some grated paneer instead of cheese.
